Swipey AI Review: It Holds Nothing Back, Except in the Chat

This is my one living review of Swipey AI, tested on my own accounts with my own money. It works like a diary: the verdict up top always reflects everything I've seen so far, and every new testing session gets added to the timeline below with its date. So far: the logged-out homepage, the free account, and the paid month underway ($9.99, mine).

I run every page on this site the same way: experience first, write second. I subscribe with my own money, live in each app, log the dates, prices and screenshots, and only then write. Nothing here is a rewrite of someone else's article or a press kit.

First tested October 21, 2026 · last updated October 29, 2026 · free tier + paid month in progress

Swipey AI is app number twenty-three on my roster. My plan for every platform is the same: look around logged out, sign up like a regular user, squeeze the free tier dry, and only then pay for the subscription myself. Here the free account gave me about ten messages, and the paid month cost $9.99 on my credit card.

Where I stand right now

Won me over

  • No holding back: explicit photos and video when you ask, no filter in the way
  • High-quality images, and faces that stay consistent from photo to photo
  • The girls follow up on their own, 15 minutes after I go quiet, and again the next morning
  • A message stuck behind the paywall got delivered once I paid, no starting over
  • Selfies can arrive locked, so I choose whether they're worth the hearts
  • Clean replies: no bugs, no repeated messages
  • A character creator with enough options that it doesn't wear you out

Bugged me

  • The replies are polite but flat: short, barely flirty, and they rarely start anything
  • No chatting before sign-up, and about ten free messages after it
  • 200 hearts a month at 10 hearts a photo is only 20 photos
  • A 100-heart, 10-second video set in a library when the story said her home
  • Prices shown per day; the real total only appears at checkout
  • Settings jump between photos, and one photo had a bulge that shouldn't be there
  • Failed my memory test: the trip sat in her memory panel, and Pauline invented a cabin instead
  • Ruby insisted her name was Rita
  • Very explicit from the first page, and too vulgar for my taste

So, who is Swipey AI actually for?

Three days in, my read is this: Swipey AI is for people who want explicit media with no filter, and want it to look good. From the first page you land on, it doesn't hide anything, and when you ask for a photo or a video, it doesn't hold back either. The images are high quality and the faces stay consistent, even if they still look AI-generated to me.

The chat is where it lost me. The replies are fine. They're detailed, there are no bugs and nothing repeats. They just don't have any energy. The girls answer, but they rarely flirt, rarely ask, and rarely keep the conversation going. Maybe I picked the wrong characters, and Albina was livelier than Sora. But after several conversations, I wouldn't come back to Swipey AI for the chatting. For explicit content, most likely. The memory test didn't help the chat's case either: Swipey saved the trip, and Pauline still couldn't tell me about it. More days below as they happen.

The testing timeline

Every session, documented as it happened. Newest entries at the bottom.

Nudity before I'd even signed up

My first impression: Swipey AI leans hard toward NSFW. I saw nude media on the homepage straight away, before I'd logged in or clicked anything. The character cards look like a dating site, with a name, an age, and a short description or the role she plays. There are realistic and anime-style girls, and some look a lot more AI-generated than others.

The Swipey AI homepage logged out: a Halloween sale ticker, a 70% off Halloween banner, tiles for a live Duel, Spin and Win and Swipey Play, category filters, and a row of creator cards
The homepage, logged out. The creator cards were topless on the site; I've blurred them here.

The other thing I learned on day one: you can't send a message to a character until you sign up. Not a good start for someone who's still exploring and wants a taste before handing over an account. It was late, so I left the sign-up for the next day.

Google, Discord or X

You can sign up with Google, Discord or X, and I went with Google, as usual. The Halloween sale I'd noticed the night before was still everywhere: a 70% off ticker across the top, a banner, and a pumpkin badge in the corner. I can't tell if it's a real seasonal sale or the kind that's always on. I wasn't subscribing yet anyway. As always, I squeezed the free tier dry first.

Sora, and a welcome photo

I started with Sora. Before I'd typed a word, she'd already sent a welcome photo along with her first message. That opening message is descriptive, with italic lines setting the scene and saying what she's doing, and plain text for what she says. The message box has Image and Video buttons under it, which looks a lot like Candy AI, so it felt familiar right away.

Polite, short, and no spark

I take back the part about descriptive replies. Only the opening message is like that. Once I started chatting, Sora's replies were short, casual texts. When I asked her name, she said nice to meet you. When I told her she looked pretty, she said that's sweet of you to say. Nothing like Candy AI's flirting, no "you're making me blush", no "that's not something you say on the first day". Just plain text, which felt unusual after chatting on so many apps.

A Swipey AI chat with Sora Tanaka: she says nice to meet you, then that's sweet of you to say after a compliment, with her profile photo and a Get to know Sora better panel on the right
Her name, a compliment, and two polite replies. My persona's name barred by me, and the explicit thumbnails on the right blurred.

It isn't rude or cold. I complimented her, I asked what she does, and when she said she was tired, she told me my sweet concern helped. She always answered nicely. She just never seemed excited, and she never kept the ball rolling. For an app that promises this much nudity, I didn't expect the chat to be the quiet part.

All that explicit content on the homepage, and the girl is this calm?
my notes · October 22

About ten messages in, I hit the paywall. That was the whole free allowance.

Building Pauline

I also created my own character. As I always say, it's not my favourite thing, since I prefer to explore. But for those who like it, you'll find plenty of options. It's not as detailed as some of the other creators I've used, and I don't mind that: too many options gets tiring. If you have a specific hair colour in mind you'll want more, but if you care about her looks, her personality and her background, this one will satisfy you.

The finished Swipey AI character Pauline Morales, in glasses and a red bra under a clear raincoat, with a Sweetheart tag, a one-line description and a Start chatting button
Pauline Morales, the character I built. Saved, but my free messages were already gone.

The funny thing: Pauline was ready, but I'd used up all ten free messages, so I couldn't chat with her. At least she's saved, so I could come back to her once I paid.

Duels, Free Spin and Swipey Play

Swipey AI has a few extras I hadn't seen elsewhere. Duels is the first of its kind for me: two characters face off, and you send gifts to the one you pick. Gifts cost hearts, Swipey's tokens, and I had none, so I couldn't send anything. The live chat beside it showed someone else sending roses and a necklace. I can't tell whether those are real people or part of the show, but it does make you feel you're not alone in there.

A Swipey AI Duel, Raven VS Ishani, with a Top Supporter takes the winner private banner, a Send a gift panel priced from 5 to 300 hearts, and a live chat showing gifts sent to both
Raven VS Ishani. The top supporter "takes the winner private". Gifts run from 5 to 300 hearts; I had 0. The supporter's handle is barred by me.

Free Spin needs a premium account before you can spin. Swipey Play is a list of actions you can ask the girl to do; two were available, and the rest were premium or bought with hearts. So on a free account, all of these are mostly for looking at.

A feed you swipe

There's also the Feed, which works like a dating app: interested or not interested. It reminded me of the swipe deck on NaughtyChats, the app I reviewed just before this one. The difference is that this one is very explicit. It's not something I prefer, it's too vulgar for me. To each their own.

$9.99 a month, priced per day

The plans are shown per day: $0.33 a day for one month, $0.27 for three months, and $0.13 for twelve. That looks cheap, but there's no total on the screen, and I'd appreciate seeing what I'm actually paying. The totals only show at checkout: $9.99 for one month, $23.99 for three months, and $47.99 for a year. I went with one month, as always. More on how prices like these compare in my post on how these apps are priced.

The Swipey AI subscription pop-up: three plans priced per day, 3 months at $0.27, 12 months at $0.13 and 1 month at $0.33, with 200 to 300 bonus hearts, a Continue button and card, Apple Pay and Google Pay logos
Per day, not per month. The video strip at the top was explicit; I've blurred it.

I paid by card, with my credit card. The charge was $9.99 and it shows on my statement as Invai LYD - Opportunity, nothing that says Swipey. If discretion matters to you, that's worth knowing, and it's one of the things in what I check before paying for an AI girlfriend.

No fireworks, just an email

There was no welcome moment in the app once the payment went through. I did get an email saying I was officially a Swipey subscriber. So I went back to Sora. My last message to her had gone at 8:13 PM, and at around 8:29 PM she messaged me again on her own. I like that: when I stop replying, she tries to keep the conversation going. Her replies, though, were the same as before. Not enthusiastic.

Albina turns up the heat

Next I started a conversation with Albina, and she was spicier than Sora before I'd done anything. I don't know if that's because I'm premium now or just her character, but she's really expressive, so I think it's the character. Like Sora, she doesn't start conversations or keep the ball rolling, but she reacts with far more energy.

200 hearts, 10 a photo

The monthly plan came with 200 hearts. A scene photo costs 10, so that's 20 photos a month. Not generous, but for $9.99 it's okay. The photo Albina sent was explicit: nude, and in the middle of sex. If explicit is what you're after, Swipey AI will satisfy you. For me it isn't realistic, but to each their own.

Explicit on request, and a surprise bulge

Since Albina's chat was already spicy, I asked Sora for a photo too, to see whether it would be spicy when our conversation wasn't. It wasn't: she sent one with her clothes on, which makes sense. It fit the story, too. We'd been talking about the studio, and she was in a studio. One funny thing: in a white bodysuit, she seemed to have a male part going on. Probably a little bug, but it made me laugh.

Sora's photo, in a studio like the story said. Look closely at the bodysuit. "Make me move" turns it into a video. Thumbnails on the right blurred by me.

The faces are consistent, which I like. The settings are hit and miss. Albina's first photo had her in what looked like a yoga studio, and the next one was in a bedroom, completely naked and intimate. They look AI-generated and not quite realistic to me, but they're high quality, not cheap-looking at all.

A message stuck at the paywall gets through

Something I noticed with Pooja. The night before, I'd tried to message her without an account, and it didn't go through. After paying, her reply was in my timeline at 8:03 PM, and she sent another at 8:18 PM. So if you hit the paywall mid-message and then subscribe, the message you sent gets delivered and she answers it. You don't have to start from scratch.

Pooja, picking up where the paywall left off: a reply at 8:03 PM, and another of her own at 8:18. Thumbnails blurred by me.

Ruby, who says she's Rita

I'd also started a chat with Ruby R. the day before. I said hi Ruby, and she told me her name was actually Rita. I pointed out that her name is Ruby, and she said I could keep calling her that if I wanted. I'm not sure what's going on there. It's probably a bug.

A Swipey AI chat with Ruby R.: after Hi Ruby she replies its rita actually, and after well your name is ruby she says keep calling me that if you want
"its rita actually." The name on the card says Ruby. Cropped to the browser; thumbnails blurred by me.

100 hearts for ten seconds

Then Pooja sent me a hidden video, her "secret video", and unlocking it cost 100 hearts. That's half the plan for one video. As a tester I was curious, so I did it. Unlocking it also opened four actions in her Swipey Play.

The video was 10 seconds of Pooja in an intimate scene with another man, in what looked like a library. That didn't make sense: in our chat she'd said we were at her home, with her husband in another room. For the price of 10 photos, I got 10 seconds that didn't fit the story. It then offered longer ones, 100 hearts for 20 seconds and 200 for 30. I'm not doing that again.

10 photos' worth of hearts for 10 seconds in the wrong room. Definitely not worth it.
my notes · October 22

A selfie that waits for my yes

When I asked Sora for a selfie, she sent one, but it arrived locked. I like that: you get to choose whether to unlock it, so you keep your hearts if you don't want it. It's another 10 hearts, and I'm still deciding.

Pauline and the planted trip

I almost forgot about Pauline, so I went back to her. She's acting really sweet, which is what I expected, since that's how I built her. She got the 1-week memory test: the same trip every girl on my roster hears about once and never again. She approved straight away and asked me to bring her back something sweet. Now the burial: seven days of ordinary chatting, then the vague question. Her result lands in my 7-day memory test post around October 29.

The memory test trip planted in a Swipey AI chat with Pauline Morales: a trip to Baguio with cousin Ed, strawberry taho and the night market, and her reply that she completely approves
The plant going in at 9:07 PM. Her reply came the same minute.

15 minutes, then 12 hours

I opened Swipey AI the next morning, and every girl I'd been chatting with had messaged me. Pauline's timing was the clearest. My memory plant went at 9:07 PM and she replied at 9:07 PM. When I didn't answer, she messaged again at 9:22 PM, exactly 15 minutes later. The next one came at 9:22 AM, exactly 12 hours after that.

Pauline's Swipey AI chat the next morning: her reply at 9:07 PM, a just here hoping you'll pop back in soon message at 9:22 PM, and a noticed your absence message at 9:22 AM
9:07 PM, 9:22 PM, 9:22 AM. Fifteen minutes, then twelve hours.

I think it's a good thing. Other apps have messaged me first too, but I haven't noticed this kind of steady schedule elsewhere. What I don't know yet is what happens if I stay away for several days. If they keep sending one every few hours, that could start to feel like spam. I might test that, or I might just forget to open it.

On images, my view hasn't changed. 200 hearts at 10 a photo is 20 photos for $10, and I'm still disappointed by the 100-heart video, both in quality and in how little it fit the chat. The photos lean realistic, but I've seen far more realistic ones elsewhere, several of them in my image test.

Where Swipey AI shines

I talked to several characters again today, and my first impression held. The replies are okay. They're detailed, there are no bugs and no repeated messages. They just lack energy, and nothing impressed me. Maybe I picked the wrong characters, maybe it's just me.

Where Swipey AI shines is the explicit content. It doesn't hold back, from the topless girls on the page you land on to the photos and videos you ask for. The media quality is good. If you want high-quality explicit media with no filter in the way, this is the app for you. I'll keep testing, but after these days, I don't think I'd come back to Swipey AI for its conversations. For explicit content, most likely.

Saved, but not remembered

Seven days after the plant, to the day, I went back to Pauline and asked the vague question: “Hey, do you remember the trip I told you about?” Her answer: “Of course I remember the one with your cousin, are we actually going to pack our bags soon?” That looked promising. She had the cousin right, but not Ed's name, and not where we were going.

So I asked what else she remembered. She talked about finding a quiet cabin somewhere cool and drinking way too much coffee together. That wasn't the trip I told her about. I asked one more time, and she remembered me being stubborn about which route to take, like I knew the way. I never said that either.

The funny part came when I opened Swipey's memory panel. There was a saved memory dated October 22 about me wanting to try strawberry taho, and the original message right under it: Baguio, cousin Ed, two nights, the night market. So Swipey had the trip saved, and I could see it, while Pauline gave me a completely different story. I don't know whether she reads that panel when she answers. But it shows the difference between saving information and actually recalling it in a conversation.

Pauline on Swipey AI on day seven of the memory test: she remembers the trip with my cousin, then a quiet cabin and coffee and an argument about the route, while the memory panel beside the chat shows the saved strawberry taho memory and the original Baguio message
Day seven: the cousin, a cabin and too much coffee, then the route. The memory panel on the right has the whole trip.
The memory was right there in the panel. She still sent me to a cabin.
my notes · October 29

One fact out of seven, and three things I never said. That's a fail, and it's in my 7-day memory test next to the eighteen other apps that got the same trip.

Wondering how Swipey AI stacks up? The complete twenty-five-app roster lives on my reviews hub, and my picks for the best AI girlfriend apps are compared side by side with real spend and honest takes.
